Our Story

Tomi Cellars

Winery

Tomi Cellars currently shares winery and tasting room space with Imagine Wine in Buellton, California - courtesy of my good friend and wine-mentor, Ross Rankin. I've been working the last few years to help Ross make his world-class Imagine Wines and to improve the winery facilities. In the meantime, Ross and his lovely wife, LynDee, have been very influential and generous in helping us to get our winery, Tomi Cellars, off of the ground.

Vineyards

Tomi Cellars owns no vineyards. We purchase ultra premium wine grapes from several top Central Coast vineyards. Vineyards such as Watch Hill (Syrah), La Encantada (Pinot Noir), Riverbench (Albariño), Thompson (Grenache Blanc), Stanger Vineyards (Tempranillo), Alta Colina Vineyards (Grenache), Tierra Alta (Syrah, Grenache, Grenache Gris) and Estelle Vineyard (Merlot).

We can't wait to get more of our wines into the bottle so we can share them with all of our friends. And we hope you'll come by and taste our wines on your next visit the the Santa Ynez Valley.

Current Releases

We're pleased to announce our first red wine bottling! We still have several red vintages aging in barrels, but we now have our 2019 Syrah and 2019 Merlot, our 2020 Persistence of Vision Grenache and our NV Interlaced Syrah/Grenache blend to go along with our 2020 Riverbench Albariño and our 2021 La Encantada Rosé of Pinot Noir now all bottled and up for sale - right here on this site. The 2021 White Balance Grenache Blanc/Roussanne blend should be in the bottle within a few weeks.

If you're in the area, please come on into the tasting room and try them. And inquire about a barrel tasting of our other upcoming wines.
