This blend of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne offers bright, floral aromatics on the nose. White peach, honeysuckle, and ripe pear flavors explode with zingy acidity on the palate. Notes of orange cream, melon and a subtle hint of sweet oak follow with a lingering finish. Each component wine was fermented separately in neutral French Oak barrels and aged on lees for 18 months before blending and bottling.

We aged this wine for 20 months in 30% new oak, 70% of which was French oak, the 30% balance was American oak.
