Terms and Conditions

I hereby certify that I am 21 years of age or older and I wish to become a Tomi Cellars Wine Club Member. By submitting this form, I authorize Tomi Cellars to automatically charge my credit card for the wine club charges associated with the wine club tier I have chosen (unless I have requested to be removed from the wine club one month prior to the next shipment). I understand that I must receive at least four shipments to enjoy Tomi Cellars Wine Club benefits. If I choose to cancel my membership before the minimum four shipment requirement, I will be charged the discount amount I enjoyed for any of the prior shipments. Wine Club membership is not automatically renewed and I may cancel anytime after four shipments. I acknowledge that all wines are sold in California and title passes to me, the buyer, in California. Tomi Cellars makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. As the buyer, I am solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, I authorize Tomi Cellars to act on my behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver my order to me at the designated address. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age and the person to whom delivery will be made must be at least 21 years old. Shipments that are returned, refused or shipped to an old address will be re-shipped, and additional charges will be charged to the credit card on file.
