Layers of plum, black raspberry, cherry & tobacco reveal themselves mid-palate, while hints of caramel and vanilla linger on the finish. We aged the Syrahs for 30 months, and the Frenache for 20 months in approximately 30% new oak, 90% of which was French oak, the 10% balance was American oak.
