We believe the best way to enjoy Tomi Cellars wine is by becoming an exclusive Wine Club member. You will receive a discount on all wine purchases, with access to Members Only, limited production wines. Members also enjoy complimentary tastings (including 3 guests) at our tasting room, and invitations to pick up parties, winemaker dinners and other events. Enjoy our small production wines, shop with ease and choose your own selection of wines. Save with your Tomi Cellars membership when purchasing Tomi Cellars wine, above and beyond your quarterly shipments.
We only ask that you commit to at least four shipments of our limited wine releases when you sign up. See our Wine Club Terms and Conditions for joining the Tomi Cellars Wine Club.

California Auto Renewal Terms
Effective Date: September 2022
At Tomi Cellars, we value our members and aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable wine club experience. However, your Tomi Cellars Wine Club membership is not automatically renewed after one year, and there is no obligation to purchase wine beyond that first year. We will continue to offer Tomi Cellars wines to you each quarter at the discounted rate associated with the Wine Club Tier you chose when you originally signed up. But you have no obligation to purchase wine beyond the first year. Unless you contact customer service, you will continue to receive the email offers for a quarterly Wine Club Shipment at that discount, and you will have the option of purchasing wine and having them shipped to you - or not. If you have not responded to our email offers and you have not formally cancelled your membership, you will be charged for the recommended wines suggested in our two quarterly emails.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your Tomi Cellars Wine Club membership anytime after one year (4 quarterly shipments). To cancel your membership, please contact customer service at either (805) 862-7110 or by email at wineclub@tomicellars.com or by filling in our online cancellation form. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the next scheduled Wine Club shipment to avoid being charged for that upcoming shipment.
Refunds:
As there is no fee for Tomi Cellars Wine Club Membership, there are no refunds available. If you wish to cancel your Wine Club Membership, please do so three weeks before the next Wine Club Shipment to avoid being charged.
Changes to Subscription Plan:
If you wish to make changes to your Wine Club Membership plan, such as switching to a different wine club tier, please log in to your account on our website or contact customer service at either (805) 862-7110 or by email at wineclub@tomicellars.com. Changes to your subscription plan may take effect at the next Quarterly Shipping period.
