2019 Merlot (Sold Out)

This full-bodied Merlot offers smooth tannins and complex, mouth-filling layers of dark berries, leather, mocha &
tobacco.

This half-ton of fruit was harvested at peak ripeness and was hand sorted and de-stemmed into an open top fermenter, bypassing the crusher. The fruit was allowed to cold soak for three days.

Barrel aged for 30 months in 50% New French Oak.
